Coaching is a partnership centered around an open-ended, reflective, and thought-provoking process that empowers you to discover the answers already inside of you. It breeds strategies, techniques and tools to help you become the best version of yourself and progress with some of the goals you’d like to achieve.

Therapy is typically a longer-term process focused on past traumas, as well as present problematic feelings and behaviors. A professional is trained to diagnose and resolve troubling symptoms affecting both your past and your present.
Coaching helps you clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and breakthrough limiting beliefs, in order to create action plans to achieve desired results. Coaching enables you to regain control of your life and take action towards the greater person you’d like to become.
Therapy focuses on WHY certain behavioral patterns occur, while Coaching focuses on HOW to embark on a road of progression. -
My approach includes the use of Visualization techniques, and using Metaphor and Analogy driven language to empower you to shift your own perspective and think about things in a different light. I’ve also got a wealth of coaching tools we can use to audit your life and visualize the greater person you want to be!

Lacking structure and balance in their lives, struggling with accountability, falling victim to external validation, comparing themselves, losing to fear and self-doubt, lacking commitment and follow-through, and feeling lost, hopeless, and uninspired. -
I promise to meet you whole and capable of achieving anything you set out to. The confidentiality aspect of this profession is so important to me and I strive to create a safe pace between us before anything. My priority throughout our sessions will always be you, and ensuring that this is a growth-based, safe space in which you can feel confident, inspired, and safe to express yourself and be authentically you. I can’t promise to fix all of your troubles, but I can help you navigate your life through them!

Client buy-in is the most important part of seeing results. All you need to commit to is 1 hour a day once a week over the course of 12 weeks. Whatever time and day works best for you!

All of our sessions will be virtual via a 1:1 Zoom.

When coming up on the end of our partnership, I will always check in on you and your progress, as well as your wants and needs in regards to Coaching in other areas of your life. If you’d like to work longer than 3 months, that is certainly something we can contract for.
